In her own words:

Hello, I am Little Miss SCV 2nd Princess Ashley Orandi. I am happy to say that I am a straight “A” student! Outside of school, I participate in E.S.C.A.P.E. musical theater. It’s a great thing to do! You sing, dance, and even act. Right now, I am performing in the Music Man and may perform in the Wizard of Oz. I would love to be an actress, singer, or teacher when I grow up. Maybe even all of them.

This is my first year participating in the pageant and it has been very fun. When I started I was very shy. However, Ms. Mardi broke my shell, I am more confident in myself now. The Miss SCV Program is a great way to make a lot of friends. All of the girls in the pageant are very nice and great to look up to, especially because I am one of the younger girls. My favorite events have been the Fourth of July Parade and the Jazz Festivals.

Ms. Mardi has truly made a difference in my personal life. She made me feel more outgoing and sociable. She is incredible. Lastly, I want to thank all of my family, friends, and sponsors for their support and believing in me.
